Menschen eineinhalb Tage und bringen ihre Sichtweisen, Erfahrungen, \u00c4ngste und L\u00f6sungsideen ein. Am Ende formulieren sie jedenfalls ein gemeinsames Statement, welches anschlie\u00dfend in einem B\u00fcrgerInnen-Cafe allen Gemeindeb\u00fcrgerInnen pr\u00e4sentiert und diskutiert wird. Die Weiterf\u00fchrung dieser Diskussion in der so genannten Resonanzgruppe und dem Gemeinderat kann dann ins Handeln und Umsetzen f\u00fchren.<\/p>\n<p>Der B\u00fcrgerrat ist somit ein konsultatives B\u00fcrgerbeteiligungsverfahren, das sich f\u00fcr zahlreiche Gemeindeentwicklungsfragen eignet.
